Bio

I am currently working as a Data Analyst at the Ministry of the Interior, Public Works, and Housing. Previously I worked at Modernization Secretariat under the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Boston Area Research Initiative and The American City Coalition. I received my MS in Urban Informatics from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) and my BA in Economics from Universidad Nacional de La Plata.

My current work and research interests stand in the application of data science tools for making public policy decisions: how can we help policymakers make better public policies? I am also interested in data automatization, data visualization, data literacy and, basically, anything related to data!

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the National Directorate for open data in operative data analysis and reporting.
Analyzing public and open data for the National Directorate and other Federal Government dependencies in order to suggest and implement improvements in the quality of the data and metadata.
Collaborate with developers and UX designers in order to improve the user experience in the multiple products that the National Directorate has.

Designing, creating and deploying an interactive platform to facilitate low-income residents access to better units in better neighborhoods. Developed in R and Shiny apps.
